Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercial and residential electrical experience. With a focus on change management and process improvement. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion in a timely manner. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, completion of projects, customer relationships, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution.
• Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and measure success metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Foster strong leadership within the team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee process management initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
• Utilize Jobber for project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Install and maintain electrical systems including: New construction residential and commercial. In accordance with the NEC
• Make repairs and complete various types of residential and commercial service calls.
• Take photos and videos of the progress of the projects.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
• Valid Journeyman electrical license.
• Experience on new construction residential and commercial projects.
• Strong skills in change management, data collection, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,661.00 per year
