Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercial and residential electrical experience. With a focus on change management and process improvement. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion in a timely manner. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, completion of projects, customer relationships, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution.
- Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and measure success metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Foster strong leadership within the team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee process management initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Utilize Jobber for project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Install and maintain electrical systems including: New construction residential and commercial. In accordance with the NEC
- Make repairs and complete various types of residential and commercial service calls.
- Take photos and videos of the progress of the projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Journeyman electrical license.
- Experience on new construction residential and commercial projects.
- Strong skills in change management, data collection, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.
