The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the project cycle for mitigation and remediation projects for the department by providing training, direction, and coordination of all field activities related to the technician and any coordinated subcontracts. This person may assist in managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle and securing any unique materials, permits, and/or equipment required to complete the project. We are seeking a candidate who can help continue the department's growth.
Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage and build high-performing teams
- Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department
- Knowledge of Xactimate is a benefit to negotiate. Communicate and negotiate with insurance professionals
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all property disaster restoration services, including water, sewer, fire, mold, asbestos, and other specialty cleaning services
- Respond to property damage emergency calls and work effectively under time constraints to meet specific project timelines
- Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
- Plan, organize, and manage warehouses, vehicles, inventory, crews, and subcontractors
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
- Perform exit interviews
- Conduct performance evaluation of all direct reports
- Attend all appropriate company meetings
- Additional duties required as needed
Production Manager Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in a management role; restoration industry is a plus
- Xactimate experience is a plus
- IICRC, WRT/ASD, and MRT are a plus
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and maintain a high-performing team
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate steps to continue continual self-development
