We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Aspen Location
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. Your passion for Wyld Blue is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is consistently demonstrated
- Supports establishing a welcoming environment of genuine customer connection and builds lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and connecting with the customer
- Create meaningful, lasting relationships with clients by building trust and credibility through extensive product knowledge and community events.
- Foster a clientele culture, encourage an entrepreneurial spirit, reinforce client development to grow outreach business.
- Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
- Client Book Management
- Execute and maintain the cleaning and visual standards of the store
- Master fully all company tools and applications including Shopify and Insperity, and ensure team is constantly informed of relevant updates
- Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Efficiently execute daily maintenance of store including restocking products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ticketing, and cleaning
- Process daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 years retail experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Customer service skills
- Availability to work the weekends
