This role will oversee the Facilities initiatives across all levels within Wyld as well as manage the strategy and vision for the facilities department.
Key Responsibilities
As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $105,000-$135,000/year plus bonuses, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.

The National Facilities Manager ensures the smooth operation and functionality of Wyld's facilities while adhering to legal and organizational standards. This role will oversee the Facilities initiatives across all levels within Wyld as well as manage the strategy and vision for the facilities department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Program Oversight; Create and maintain a comprehensive, centralized program for facility and equipment maintenance. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Optimize space usage within the facility to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Equipment implementations & support; in partnership with the Director of Automation & the Automation & Equipment team develop action plans for new equipment installs, including developing Preventative Maintenance programs and assign appropriate labor to provide support during and after installs.
- Oversee capital improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and facility upgrades.
- Leverage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to ensure the facility program is successfully being executed. This includes but is not limited to routine maintenance is being performed, timeliness and responsiveness to tickets, identifying trends or opportunities to reduce costs, setting up new facilities on the software etc.
- Project Management; oversee construction, renovations, and improvement projects, including vendor selection, contract negotiation and project timelines.
- Safety Compliance; Develop and ensures compliance with all local and federal safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing safety procedures in partnership with operations
- Vendor Management; Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors providing maintenance, repair and cleaning services
- Risk Mitigation; Identify potential facility-related risks and create preventative strategies that minimize disruptions and liabilities.
- Budget Management; develop and ensure adhesion to the facility's department budget, including maintenance costs, capital expenditures and contractor fees
- Energy Management; implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability practices in partnership with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team
- Create a culture of continuous improvement within the facilities team by seeking out feedback and working with facilities managers to implement and improve on processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and; other departments to align facility operations with business objectives.
- Plans and sets department objectives, goals, and deadlines; and develops schedules for obtaining them
- Selects and oversees the work of specialized contractors and ensures work is of high quality and on track with company goals.
- Obtains required licenses and permits for applicable projects, confers with city or county inspectors, and ensures compliance of legal requirements, company regulations, and building and safety codes and guidelines

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Facilities Director or Manager; must have multi site & facility program experience construction manager, construction project manager or owner's construction representative.
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and full-cycle processes; development to completion
- Understanding of Architectural/Engineering planning software
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), security, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (preferred)
- Proficiency in floor planning software (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire while furthering the culture of Wyld.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or a similar field is preferred
- Occasional travel will be required with this role, up to 50%
