Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. As a Construction Laborer, you will be an integral part of our workforce, contributing to the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Duties
- Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures as directed by supervisors.
- Participate in site clean-up activities at the end of each workday.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must maintain a valid Wyoming Driver License
