The Wylie Case IH Parts Associate is responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, sales, and inventory management. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Parts Associate will work closely with the service department, sales team, and customers to ensure timely and accurate parts support.
Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for Case IH equipment.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on parts, accessories, and maintenance solutions.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to maintain adequate stock.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
Collaboration & Technical Support:
- Work closely with the service department to provide necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Assist the sales team with parts inquiries related to equipment sales.
- Stay up to date on Case IH product lines and technical specifications.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
- Utilize dealership software to track orders, sales, and inventory.
- Prepare reports on sales trends and inventory needs.
- Comply with dealership policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a parts department, agriculture, or mechanical field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and Case IH products.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
