What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Wyman-Gordon?
This position involves a wide variety of Administrative tasks crucial to the operation of the Princeton site. The Unit Coordinator will be cross-functional in nature and will interface with all functions of the site.
:
· Assist in Plant 6S Program execution
· Assist with PPE Inventory Management
· Assist with New Hire Onboarding
· Assist with Physical Inventory Management
· Serve as a backup for various Operation Inspections
· Assist with Employee Engagement Event planning and execution
· Execute various data entry tasks related to Production Tracking
· Serve as Assistant Facility Compliance Officer
· Perform Internal Audits as assigned
· Perform data entry for Receiving Operations
· Assist with Plant Spare Parts Management Program
· Serve as backup for Purchasing and Logistics
· Assist with Gensuite Safety Management Program
· Assist with various HR topics as needed
· Bachelor’s degree and/or technical certification and/or equivalent work experience.
· Office Administrative Experience
· Union shop experience preferred
· Excellent Communication Skills with all levels of the organization
· Previous Purchasing and Receiving experience ideal
· Plant working conditions: Primarily Office conditions, some time will be spent out in the operating areas that are subject to physical hazards and temperature extremes
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to government military contracts.
