Job Title:
Teen Outreach Program (TOP) and Teen Connection Project (TCP) Specialist

Job Summary:
The TOP and TCP Specialist is a member of the Wyman TOP and TCP local program team responsible for effective implementation of TOP and TCP programming in the University City and Ferguson Florissant School Districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver programs in accordance with Wyman's mission, vision, core values, theory of change, and logic model.
- Implement high-quality, fidelity TOP and TCP programming, including program planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Facilitate TOP Clubs and TCP Groups each week in-school at partner sites.
- Support ongoing communication, planning, and continuous quality improvement sessions with partner sites.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community service learning sites to support TOP activities.
- Utilize Apricot database and program trackers for all program data, including continuous documentation of services.
- Facilitate all programming within established budget parameters.
- Assist in the collection and reporting of needed performance and grant data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, social work, psychology, or related field required.
- 1 year of youth development experience required.
- Ability to become certified as a TOP and TCP facilitator required.
