Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas bur nor limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, courts, lockerrooms and restroom facilities.
• Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays.
• Restock or replace all bath amenities to ensure Member satisfaction
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Sanitate surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment for Members or guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing Member inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
• Reports any damage, including but not limited to burned out light bulbs and plumbing problems to the maintenance manager
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, lift heavy objects (maximum if 50 lbs.), and maintain stability under extreme heat. Must be able to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and members and understand verbal and written instructions.
