The Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is hiring a Chief Engineer. This is the perfect opportunity for a top-level maintenance leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects. The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager. Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC.
Qualifications:Previous Chief Engineer experience in a hotel is preferred minimum of two years. Total engineering experience should be at least three years.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
