Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals
- Process customer payments and provide change
- Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean tables and remove used dishes
- Set up tables with clean linen, condiments, and other needed items
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Ensure that all food and drinks are served in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Refill drinks as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
