Team Member – Pine Needle Removal

Job Summary

*This is a temporary assignment for 1-2 months.
We are seeking dedicated Temporary Workers for Pine Needle Removal to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. This role involves physical labor and teamwork to efficiently remove pine needles from designated areas. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to effectively remove pine needles from various locations.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for efficient removal and disposal of pine needles.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and bending, for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for measuring areas and estimating quantities as needed.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and report on task progress.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, as interaction with clients may occur.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with retail math, stock management, or product demos is advantageous but not required.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
