Front Desk Associate – Wyndham Flint/Grand Blanc
The Wyndham Flint Grand Blanc is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a seamless stay. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins, manage reservations, and provide information about our accommodations, rates, and amenities. If you have a passion for hospitality and experience in customer service or the hotel industry, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage phone and online reservations efficiently
- Provide information on room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
- Process payments and verify guest information, including credit card details
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet brand standards before guest arrivals
- Assist with group reservations and special requests for VIP guests or event attendees
- Promote and upsell additional hotel services and amenities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
