Job Description
In the role of Banquet Server, you will work alongside our current team members to cater events. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with table and meeting space prep before the event
- Read and execute all BEO's
- Set up display stations and bars, proper food arrangement
- Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event
- Ensure safe food handling guidelines are always followed
- Deliver food to the meeting space in a timely manner
- Serve plated items to guests and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Always remain guest focused with the goal being 100% satisfaction and completion of all BEO's
- Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
- Work as a member of a team, communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction

- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
- Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a courteous demeanor and attitude towards all

- Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inluding but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in regulation with company dress code policy
- Adhere to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
