Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organising, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines and brand standards while assuring the highest degree of quality cleanliness for guests.
Recommend new equipment and amenities to ensure safety and service objectives
Supervises the custodial program inventory system, including the requisitioning and proper distribution and control of new cleaning equipment and supplies
Manage activities of the Housekeeping Department at a high quality level by providing required service to meeting rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, both internal and external to the building
Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are enforced in the department
Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors
Conduct daily and weekly staff meetings with “lead” staff members general event staff
Compile and communicate requirements to various departments
Promotes housekeeping quality initiatives by conducting inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
