The Role
This position will assist the Accounting team with the month-end close, preparing journal entries and uploading them to our Oracle financial system. The position will also assist the Accounting team in preparing balance sheet account reconciliations to support the month-end account balances for various accounts including cash and prepaid assets. Finally, this position will assist the team with various projects and internal and external audit requests that arise.

What You'll Do
- Assist the Accounting team with the month-end close, preparing journal entries and uploading them to our Oracle financial system.
- Journal entries and supporting schedules
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations to support the month-end account balances for various accounts including cash and prepaid assets.
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist with various projects and internal and external audit requests
- Documentation to support the projects or audit requests
- Microsoft office knowledge, including Excel
- Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Be an undergraduate Rising Senior or pursuing a graduate degree.
- Accounting or Finance major.
