We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing attentive service, managing orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to connect with guests and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, providing information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring that all guest needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations.
• Skills
• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety practices is beneficial.
• Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Micros is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5.00 - $7.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
