Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Coordinator, Paid Media LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Propósito
Liderar, desarrollar y mantener la estrategia de Paid Media para todas las marcas de la región. Responsable de planificar y ejecutar (junto con la agencia de medios pagados) los esfuerzos de medios pagados, con el objetivo de maximizar las reservas directas y aumentar la conciencia y el reconocimiento de la marca. Supervisar presupuestos de campañas en las plataformas Google, Meta y Metasearch, así como en otras redes sociales y plataformas de medios digitales. Dar soporte al Junior Manager Digital en el reporte mensual y reportes de hoteles. Supervisar semanalmente la operación de la agencia de Paid Media y el contacto diario con clientes internos y externos (otras áreas – hoteles).
Principales funciones & responsabilidades
Analizar y optimizar las campañas de paid media con el fin de maximizar las reservas directas.
Desarrollar y mantener las campañas de Paid Media de los hoteles. Dar seguimiento a las campañas y brindar updates y nuevas propuestas a los gerentes de hotel. Coordinar la solicitud de piezas con la agencia de diseño.
Armar propuestas de campaña para nuevos hoteles a fin de incrementar las ventas a través de los diferentes canales.
Consolidar y armar el reporte de todo el departamento de marketing digital. Generar y presentar los reportes de propiedad a los gerentes de hotel, compartir datos con las agencias de Social.
Gestionar el proceso administrativo de pago de proveedores con los distintos equipos administrativos. (Google, Facebook ads, programatic).
Educación & Experiencia
- Graduados en carreras de Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Administración de empresas o afines
- Conocimiento avanzado y Experiencia en Paid Media (Google,Social, Programmatic y otros)
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años creando e implementando campañas en Google y Meta ads
- Certificación de Google y Meta (preferentemente)
- Manejo intermedio de Google Analytics y/o Adobe Analytics
- Inglés avanzado
- Manejo de paquete Office (Excel intermedio, PowerPoint intermedio)
