Duties
- Set room according to banquet event order
- Lead other housemen in setting up event rooms
- Clean up and tear down event rooms
- Ensure rooms not in use are clean and secure
- Ensure equipment not in use is stored properly
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests while addressing their needs or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous banquet set up experience.
- Strong knowledge of various meeting room set ups.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
