We are seeking an energetic individual to join our sales team as we grow our Business with local and national accounts in our newly renovated Hotel. This is a perfect opportunity for personal and professional sales growth in the hospitality industry with lots of potential on our team. You will be identifying and creating new business relationships, attending local industry events and trade shows to re-introduce our hotel to potential clients and industry peers creating new business opportunities. You will be key to ensuring the efficiency of business operations and setting strategic sales and activity goals to generate future revenues and relationships. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters of business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner that incorporates the companys vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our companys activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. Knowledge of Delphi, Opera, and other hotel software programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
- Assess overall company performance against objectives.
- Represent the company in events, conferences, etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
Skills
- Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and create reports for management.
- BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
