What are the responsibilities and job description for the Move in Coordinator position at Wyndham Lakes?
We are looking for a Part-Time Move in Coordinator to join our team!
The Move-In Coordinator will assist the sales directors with:
- Answering calls and provide information or route calls to appropriately, place outgoing calls
- Assist in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families.
- Produce and distribute various documents, including general correspondence, memorandums, statistical reports, presentation materials etc.
- Compile data for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required; file and copy records.
- Assist in event planning, coordination and set-up.
Required skills and qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of related work experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the senior population.
Shift Specific Information:
- Flexible schedule
- Part-Time
- 3 days a week, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
