Banquet Server

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers & Housemans to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at various events. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service during banquets, weddings, and corporate events. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Duties

• Set up and break down banquet tables and chairs according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout the event, including bussing tables and clearing dishes.
• Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to provide a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about menu items and offering recommendations.
• Handle any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or culinary field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with banquet service protocols is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is essential.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food or beverages as needed.
• A team player who is willing to help colleagues during busy times.
• Able to lift up to 50Lb or more and take step up and down with table, chairs and food tray, food cart

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
