Your duties will include administering feedings, burping, and diaper changes as needed. You will also monitor their sleep patterns and assist in establishing a consistent routine. When they are restless or fussy, you will comfort and soothe them with patience and care.
In addition to providing top-notch care, you will maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, ensuring everything is safe and within reach. Effective communication is key, so you will regularly update parents on each child's progress and respect their preferences at all times.
