What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Babysitter for Young Children position at Wyndy?
We are seeking a reliable and caring babysitter to watch our two young daughters, aged 3 and 1, in Huntsville, AL. The job will take place on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. During this time, you will be responsible for playing with the girls and ensuring their needs are met while I attend a dental appointment. My husband may be home, teleworking in his office.
Please note that we have two dogs: Olivia, an 11-year-old mastiff mix, and Maverick, a 4-year-old husky. Olivia is very chill and mostly sleeps, while Maverick is energetic and seeks attention but will eventually settle down. Both dogs are friendly and love meeting new people.
The position does not require driving, bathing, or putting the children to bed. However, you may need to provide a light snack. We have lint rollers available due to the dogs' shedding, so pet hair should be expected. If you enjoy engaging with young children and are comfortable around dogs, we would love to hear from you!
