About the Family:
Loving family in Jackson, TN, is looking for a reliable and experienced nanny to care for their 2-week-old son, Michael, starting in February. The family is on a daycare waitlist for August but is open to long-term care if needed. They also have 2 dogs. The ideal nanny will have experience with newborns and be able to provide a nurturing, safe environment for the baby while also supporting light housework and family routines.
Responsibilities:
- Care for newborn son
- Diapering, feeding, and general newborn care
- Light housework, including tidying up after baby
- Occasionally walking or caring for the family’s 2 dogs
- Support with daily routines for the baby
Qualifications:
- Experience with newborn care
- Comfortable in a home with dogs
- Flexible and reliable schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-3/4pm)
- CPR/First Aid certified (preferred)
- Ability to engage in light household duties (no major cleaning)
Additional Information:
- Pay rate: $20/hr
- Job term runs until August at minimum, open to longer term care
