What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Course Laborer position at Wynmoor Community Council?
An active senior community is looking for a Full-time Golf Course Laborer for its 18-hole Executive Course.
Join our team and be a key contributor to maintaining a pristine and well-manicured golf course environment.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs.
- Provide golf service, changing cups, ball washers, trash, etc.
- Maintain bunkers; edging, raking, addition/removal of sand.
- Maintain landscaped beds on Golf Course, trimming, mulching, de-weeding
- Other miscellaneous duties as it pertain to the overall maintenance and grooming of the Golf Course.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
- Basic knowledge of hazards and safety precautions associated with the golf course industry.
- Ability to work outside in all seasons.
- Ability to operate Fairway Mower, Tri-Plex Mower; Rough Mower, Fly Mower, Tractor, String Edger, Power Edger, Power Blower, Utility Vehicles (w/trailer), Golf Carts and Hand Fertilizer Spreader.
- Replacing plugs in green to blend with existing surface. Cutting cups to blend with existing surface.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Verbal skills communication.
- Valid Florida Driver’s license.
40 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:30pm and every other week Friday 6:00 am - 10:00 am or Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am - 8:00 am
Must successfully complete and pass pre-employment screenings. Background check and drug test.
