The Creative Project Specialist in Brand Marketing at Wynn Las Vegas plays a vital role in supporting the production of graphics, copy, printing, and web for the Creative Services team at Wynn Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various creative projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand's vision and goals. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of creative projects, as well as liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to project stakeholders on Asana.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be proficient in project management software and have a solid understanding of the creative process. A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, printers, and other creative professionals.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress in Asana.
  • Provide regular updates to management and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage project budgets and resources.
  • Conduct quality checks on all creative deliverables.
  • Facilitate creative meetings.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Ensure effective communication between all project team members.
  • Maintains and revises project timelines / schedules and resource assignments.
  • Continually monitors jobs throughout the creative process including :

Expediting rush jobs

  • Monitoring stalled jobs and moving them forward
  • Issuing appropriate reminders about due dates
  • Issuing guidance about budget / resource overloads that might make a task project change necessary
  • Obtaining internal approvals on all work moving in and out of the department
  • Obtaining specs, closing, and delivery details when not otherwise provided
  • Maintain the Creative Services out of office / PTO calendar to help oversee resource constraints and the potential need for freelancers
  • Other Special Projects as assigned by the Creative Manager
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Solid understanding of the creative process.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and innovation.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
