The Creative Project Specialist in Brand Marketing at Wynn Las Vegas plays a vital role in supporting the production of graphics, copy, printing, and web for the Creative Services team at Wynn Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various creative projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand's vision and goals. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of creative projects, as well as liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to project stakeholders on Asana.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be proficient in project management software and have a solid understanding of the creative process. A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is highly desirable. • Ensure effective communication between all project team members.
• Maintains and revises project timelines / schedules and resource assignments.
