Plumbing Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schematics and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam for project management and documentation and others.
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring that all expenditures align with project financial plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.

Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics related to construction projects.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Experience in building processes and methodologies within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with HeavyBid for estimating costs and managing budgets effectively.
• Excellent project scheduling abilities to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
• Knowledge of quality control practices to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficient in using ProCore for project management tasks and documentation tracking.
• Skilled in utilizing Bluebeam for reviewing plans and collaborating with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
