*Job Summary* As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring efficient management and maintenance while upholding compliance with all relevant regulations. *Responsibilities* - Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Oversee leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications - Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for residents - Enforce lease agreements and ensure rent collection in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and correspondence - Implement and enforce property policies in accordance with Fair Housing regulations - Supervise on-site staff and vendors to ensure the property's smooth operation - Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the property *Requirements* - Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software - Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and legal administrative procedures - Strong customer relationship management skills - Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts effectively - Familiarity with facilities management practices - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and maintain files effectively
