Reports to: Director of Forensic Services and Practice Development
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (Salaried Position)
Location: NC Triangle Area
As a Forensic Clinician, you will:
- Deliver specialized forensic services, including supervised therapeutic visitations, supervised visitation, court-ordered therapy (individual and family), and reunification therapy (training and peer consultation provided).
- Manage a clinical caseload and provide direct clinical services to clients.
- Conduct psychological assessments for individuals engaged in family court cases, including court-ordered evaluations.
- Assess mental health status, provide written reports based on observation and testing, and recommend treatment or other services.
- Provide expert testimony on psychological matters related to child development and parenting.
- Serve as an expert consultant in civil cases (e.g., personal injury) and appear in court when required.
- Maintain thorough documentation of current court-involved cases.
- Participate in scheduled forensic team meetings and weekly check-ins.
- Although the primary focus of this role is to provide forensic related work, depending on the needs of the practice, the provider will also be required to take on traditional clinical cases.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range ($80K - $100K)
- Eligible to accrue 10 days PTO after 90 days. 15 days PTO granted in lumpsum at one-year anniversary.
- 2% employer contribution match (Simple IRA after two years of employment)
- Paid supervision (if needed)
Minimum Requirements- Master's degree in a relevant field with forensic training and experience
- Active NC licensure
- Willingness to undergo a background check
