What You’ll Do:

* Oversee daily fulfillment operations—including order packing, shipping, inventory management, and logistics. * Manage and support the fulfillment team—from hiring and onboarding to scheduling and performance tracking. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders for packaging, dry ice, shipping materials, and supplies. * Ensure timely and accurate shipments by troubleshooting UPS issues, tracking fulfillment accuracy, and resolving any delays. * Plan and execute efficient workflows—optimizing how orders are processed, how inventory moves, and how team members work together. * Handle vendor relationships for shipping supplies, vehicle maintenance, and fulfillment equipment. * Jump in when needed—whether it’s packing orders, handling store transfers, or problem-solving on the fly. * Maintain meticulous records in systems like Shopify, Monday.com, and Google Sheets to track inventory, labor, and shipments.
What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse management (bonus points if it’s in food, e-commerce, or DTC shipping). *Strong leadership and organizational skills—you know how to motivate a team and streamline operations. *A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and solve them before they escalate. *Comfortable with tracking labor, scheduling, and managing workflow in digital tools (Shopify, Monday.com, spreadsheets, etc.). *Hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $30.00 - $40.00/hour.
