The Wynwood Walls Museum seeks a talented, professional Safety Staff Member to join our team!
The Safety Staff Member will be responsible for the safety and security of employees and guests within the Wynwood Walls Museum. Our priority is to provide a great and memorable experience for our guests.
Reports to: Safety Manager
The primary responsibilities of the Safety Staff Member include always ensuring a safe, hospitable, professional working environment and preventing any injuries and accidents. Also, uphold professional working relationships with other team members and maintain composure under stress.

Compensation:
$16.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Make rounds of the property regularly.
- Report all damage/ lights out etc.
- Report on any injury.
- Communicate clearly and promptly.
- Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
- Review existing policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all the rules and regulations.
- Maintain a drug-free working environment.
- Always highlight hospitality and exceptional customer service to all Museum guests.
- Understanding the culture and environment built over many years will help you grow and improve your hospitality skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this position.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Yard shift experience.
- You must understand the importance of excellent customer service skills.
