Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Fiber Drop Team Members, Plow operators and Main line fiber install techs to join our dynamic team. As a Fiber Drop Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our fiber optic network, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible internet service. Working in Wyoming and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and repair of fiber optic drop cables or conduit
- Safely and efficiently work with fiber optic equipment and tools, and large machinery related to underground utilty installation
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used.
- 80% Fiber to the Home
- 20% Fiber Optic Main line
Required Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Wyoming Underground Standards.
- Valid Driver's License with a Good Driving Record
- Safely Lift Up to 70 lbs.
- Good Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills
- Bury fiber optic cable lines 12" to 24" deep using hand trenching or drop plows with boring capabilities.
- Communicate in a thorough and professional manner with homeowners, customers, and managers regarding cable burials, restoration, and light landscaping.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality results.
- Possess good time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Speaks Spanish and English
- Experience with drilling/missiles/underground boring
- Management or Leadership Experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $840.00 - $1,800.00 per week
