We are looking for a receptionist to perform clerical tasks and interact with our clients daily. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. In this position you will be required to learn about fly fishing in our local area.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Properly booking fly fishing trips in our booking system.
- Providing information on our river to clients.
- Booking water sport rentals through our booking system.
- Booking lodging through our booking system.
- Providing clients with check in and out information for lodging.
- Contacting guests after their stay, trip and/or rental for feedback.
- Checking emails and inquiries daily.
- Responding to inquiries and emails.
- Ensuring all information is entered for our guides.
- Preparing, cleaning etc. of rental equipment.
- Other tasks that need completed.
- Occasional weekend events/festivals.
Skills:
- Work experience in customer service or receptionist.
- Hands on experience with office equipment.
- Positive attitude.
- Clean and organized.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to lift 50Ibs.
- Knowledge in Fly Fishing.
