What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Internship position at Wyoming Business Council?
WYOMING BUSINESS COUNCIL – STUDENT INTERNSHIPS
WBC’s Student Internships offer current post-secondary students practical and robust experiences working alongside professionals who seek to strengthen Wyoming’s economy through leadership, policy, and investments. While working at the Wyoming Business Council as an Intern, students will explore and develop an understanding of the barriers obstructing a resilient economy in Wyoming and experiment to develop solutions among a team of professionals. Through this year-long program, Interns are exposed to the broad scope of economic activities in Wyoming while working directly with local leaders, businesses, and communities.
Three paid internships are available for the 2025/2026 program. Through the program, interns will work across all WBC activities and will be assigned a personal mentor who will serve as a guide and connector to help interns build relationships, work on high-impact projects, and apply theories and techniques through the course of everyday activities.
