Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational processes for delivering loan programs to Wyoming small businesses.
- Grow and diversify revenue streams, loan programs, and partnerships to increase the statewide presence.
- Foster business development through Statewide marketing, networking, and promotion of organization and loan programs.
- Communicate effectively with Board of Directors and ensure they are informed of operations.
- Plan and prepare materials for organizational needs, staff development, and quarterly board meetings.
- Present credit requests to the Credit Committee and facilitate strategic planning for organizational growth.
- Maintain compliance with all organizational and SBA policies as well as state and federal requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of organizational finances and bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and review loan applications.
Requirements
We require a highly qualified individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, commercial real estate, or a related field is necessary.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, business development and organizational leadership skills, and SBA lending experience are preferred.
