What You'll Be Doing
As our Senior Lending Officer - Wyoming Capital Access, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining organizational processes for delivering loan programs to Wyoming small businesses.
You will grow and diversify revenue streams, loan programs, and partnerships to increase the statewide presence.
You will foster business development through Statewide marketing, networking, and promotion of organization and loan programs.
You will communicate effectively with Board of Directors and ensure they are informed of operations.
You will plan and prepare materials for organizational needs, staff development, and quarterly board meetings.
You will present credit requests to the Credit Committee and facilitate strategic planning for organizational growth.
You will maintain compliance with all organizational and SBA policies as well as state and federal requirements.
You will oversee all aspects of organizational finances and bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and review loan applications.
