ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS |
· Help evaluate new equipment needs and be responsible for Dealer Velocity. · Route and/or respond to Caterpillar correspondence related to new Caterpillar Machine availability and terms and conditions of the sale. · Develop projects as needed by the department. · Provide continual support to Sales Representatives and other coworkers in the policies and procedures of the Sales Department. · Support the Sales Department by answering telephones and assisting walk in customers. · Other duties as assigned. |
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY |
· Minimum High School graduate or equivalent. · Basic knowledge of accounting practices. · Must have basic skills to include: good listening, outstanding customer service skills, time management skills, and customer database management. · Must have the ability to multitask. · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of personal computers. · Must be able to read, write, and understand English. · Must be able to type and have some knowledge of scanners, copier, and fax machines. · Must have good organizational and telecommunication skills. PREFERRED · Some post High School education would be helpful. |
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS |
· Material and equipment directly used: Personal computer, calculator, multi-line telephone, voice mail, Email, fax, scanners, copy machine, and general office equipment. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM. · Office environment requiring professional dress and appearance. · Primarily involved in office activities. · Cradle phone with head and shoulder while taking notes for extended periods. · Sit and/or stand 6-8 hours per day. · Use of hands and feet for fine manipulation. · Lift 20 to 40 pounds. |
