Donation Center Associate
Summary Description: Donation Center Associates learn a variety of store duties including receiving, processing and preparing donated goods for sale to provide financial resources for WRM programs.
Relationships: Reports to the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Wyoming Rescue Mission is a religious employer. All members of staff must agree to uphold the WRM Statement of Faith and Ministry Principles (available at wyomission.org/career).
- High School Diploma or GED required **
(this position is open to workers under 18 with parental approval)
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused and productive all shift.
· Ability to communicate positively with team members, donors, and customers.
· Ability to stand, bend, move, twist and carry throughout shift, frequently lifting 25 to 50lbs.
· Act as an advocate for the homeless, poor, and marginalized by raising the awareness of the causes, needs, and potential of those in poverty.
