What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lower School Latin/French Teacher position at Wyoming Seminary?

Lower School Latin/French Teacher
Wyoming Seminary Lower School has an opening for a full-time Latin and French Teacher to start in August 2025. This position involves teaching Middle School Latin and French to Grades 7-8 as well as a cultural/introductory French program to Grades 3-4. Ideal candidates must possess a willingness to work closely with colleagues, participate in co-curricular activities, and perform other duties as expected.
Our faculty is deeply committed to the entire student experience. Faculty responsibilities are expected to include a combination of student support, involvement in campus life, committee work, and extracurricular activities. Applicants must be dynamic individuals who are passionate about their discipline, collaborative and innovative in their approach to teaching, and who embrace and support the diversity of our student body through their curriculum and pedagogy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required with a preference for a master's degree
