What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Body Shop Technician position at Wyoming Valley BMW?
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Body Shop Technician located at Napleton Wyoming Valley Collision Center. The Body Repair/Refinish Technician performs vehicle repairs and refinishing as assigned, in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The Body Repair/Refinish Technician ensures repairs are completed in a reasonable time frame and delivers top-notch work to delight our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to perform collision repair/refinish and small spot repair/refinish of customer owned and dealer owned cars
- Identify and determine parts required for repair of disassembled units
- Maintain work area appearance and safety
Job Requirements:
- Body Shop Technician experience (3-5 years)- required
- Prior painting experience is preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent- required
- Specialized training and experience in the use of water-based paints preferred
- Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade (including welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools) required
