What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (PT) position at Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Receptionist - We are looking to hire a full time Receptionist with every other weekend and a part time receptionist evenings with every other weekend.

The Receptionist is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a receptionist you are responsible for providing a full range of tasks in an interdisciplinary environment including:
- Operate phone systems to answer, screen and forward calls
- Greet persons entering the facility, determine the nature of the visit and direct accordingly
- Prepare letters, memos, minutes, notices etc.
- Prepares and ships mail
- Keeps office area clean
