Starting Salary: $18.00-$28.35 DOE
Best Experience. Best Training. Best Outcomes.We are seeking a motivated hard worker to join our custodian and maintenance team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. This is a full-time position during day-shift hours.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial buildings
- Perform general ground maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, weed control, etc
- Work with and/or oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Help keep buildings in a clean, orderly and functional condition
- Other duties as assigned
Associated Skills and Experience
- Ability to be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, or other related trades
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment including running snow removal equipment, skid steers, and scissor lifts
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum Requirements (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying):
- Highschool Diploma or GED
