Technical Support Associate 1 Role Overview
The Technical Support Associate 1 provides technical assistance to customers, including receiving and testing RMA's, resolving customer inquiries, updating inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, issue and test RMA's for WyreStorm Technologies.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with updating stock inventory as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of labor and duties performed.
• Provide support for design inquiries from customers.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability, working scheduled hours and participating in on-call rotations.
Requirements:
Qualifications include an associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in AV or IT roles. Key skills include teamwork, stress management, computing proficiency, and multitasking abilities.
Within the first year, employees must obtain the AV Technologist certification.
