In the Entry Level Assistant Manager role, you will collaborate closely with the retail sales and customer service departments to assess customer requests, refine sales initiatives, and support retail operations.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Work in our retail stores to assist customers with services that can be suit their needs
- Identify gaps in the retail sales process and implement strategies to help increase
- Present customers with product presentations regarding new services, internet, or upgrades and promotional pricing
- Develop actionable recommendations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customers experience
- Listen and understand what customers are looking for to best help them
- Create an easy and convenient shopping experience for our customers
- Maintain a well stocked and organized retail environment
- Process any orders for customers, making sure their account information is accurate
- Learn to manage the retail store and set up to take on more responsibilities
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in management, customer service, sales or team leadership is preferred
- Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and offer innovative solutions
