We are looking for a driven and personable Frontier Customer Service Ambassador to join our team and help continue our telecommunication services to customers.
We are hiring a Frontier Customer Service Ambassador to connect with customers with our retail environment, explain Frontier services, and increase sales operations. The Frontier Customer Service Ambassador will be the main point of contact for our customers, introducing them to our new services available to them, setting up appointments as needed, answering questions, and guiding them through the service and sales process. This Frontier Customer Service Ambassador role offers valuable hands-on experience in customer interaction, sales, and support with training provided.
Frontier Customer Service Ambassador Key Responsibilities:
- As a Frontier Customer Service Ambassador, represent Frontier services with professional and educate customers on products
- Provide detailed information to customers and respond to questions with accuracy and clarity
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring all forms and procedures are completed correctly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and promotions to communicate effectively with customers
- Work with other retail Frontier Customer Service Ambassador to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
Frontier Customer Service Ambassador Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service, retail or brand ambassador role
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Open to learning and adapting in a team setting
