We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Services department. As an ER Nurse, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process in a high-pressure environment, addressing life-threatening conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Triaged patients to determine the severity of their condition.
- Developed and implemented individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Worked collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VA or Compact licensure.
- One year of previous experience in an ER as an RN preferred.
