QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21 years of age preferred, and is in good physical health, and can do moderate to heavy lifting up to 50 pounds as frequently as necessary.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred
- Valid Driver's license
- Must have the ability to safely operate commercial-type mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, etc, and perform preventative maintenance on that equipment
- Ability to work for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions: standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and pushing/pulling
