Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Front Desk Agent role located in Brooklyn, NY. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, making reservations, billing, and addressing guest inquiries and needs. Daily tasks will include providing excellent customer service, managing receptionist duties, and maintaining clear and effective communication with both guests and the hotel team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Language skills are a plus
- Experience with Reservations and booking systems
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
