- Direct management of team members
- All duties listed under Operations Technician
- Ability to quickly learn Service Provisioning : Data and Phone
- Complete understanding of processes and procedures and their implementation
- Team related reporting and tracking
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members
- Develop and promote new processes and procedures and oversee implementation
- Inventory management
- Materials management
- Defining and developing career opportunities for team members
- Capital purchasing management
- On Call Rotations and Outage Assistance
